My question. I have had dreams in the past of someone dying. I had a dream where my cousin and I went out to a party, and some guys came in with guns. Everyone including myself and my cousin started to run and escape. well my cousin and I made it to the car and got in and as she was starting the car one of the men opened my door looked at me and said Im sorry and shot me. Now I could see everyone but I could not see his face. What did that mean?

Your dream is full of common symbols. Here are links to their meanings on this website...

    gun: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...&task=details&id=938

    running away: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...task=details&id=1601

    escape: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...task=details&id=2083

    car: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...&task=details&id=364

    shot: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...task=details&id=1678

    faceless: dreamdoctor.com/component/dreams/?contro...&task=details&id=758

Dreams are symbolic expressions of your feelings about your waking life at the time you had it. Because you didn't provide the waking life background to your dream, it's impossible to say what exactly in your life caused your dream. The fact that your cousin was in the dream suggests that it might have been a family situation, or perhaps because of the party reference, it was a social situation. Your dream is pretty common and often occurs when the dreamer feels that he/she has suffered an attack. The fact that the "man" that shot you was faceless, suggests that you are not sure who "took the shot at you." Dreams like this often occur when a dreamer suspects that they were the victim of a rumor (by someone unknown), one that did damage.

    Hope that helps!

We all need to stop obsessing over the meaning of dreams! They are just dreams it doesn't mean that we will die, or are in love with the wrong person. Its just our subconscious doing its own thing. You will never find a real answer to your questions. We either need to stop obsessing over the meaning of dreams or just go insane right now.
