I keep having a recurring dream about my husband who passed on nearly a year ago. In the dreams I keep trying to reach him by telephone, but he either ignores it or if he does answer the phone, he is very cruel and hurtful to me (something he would never have been in reality) and tells me he is with someone else, he is married to someone else, and so forth. I keep telling him, well, if you had kept your telephone, you would have known what was going on so why didn't you keep your telephone? Then I get angry, he gets angry, we argue and I usually wake up after that. WHY do I keep having this dream? He was never like that when he was alive, and neither was I...any help would be appreciated!! :(

first im so sorry for your loss i can even imagien going though that. Im thinking it may just be the pain you feel from loseing him. im not an expert or anything but i do read alot about dreams and im always doing reseach on them anyways lol. most of what ive seen when you dream about someone who has passed on it has nothing to do with them it is really about your feelings hurt, anger or whatever. it is your feelings coming out in your dreams.from what i have heard and read once you start healing the dreams will stop or at least get better. I hope this helps :)

Your husband represents an aspect of your personality, a commitment between thought and action. He symbolizes something that you have been doing for awhile. When he says that he is with another woman, this indicates that you are no longer commited to that action. In other words, you have changed your mind as to why you are doing something. Look over your life and see where you have been doing something that, over time, has lost it's desire or meaning. Sometimes we start a ritual or ceromomial gesture...maybe a project, and over time we slowly change our mind about it but struggle to come to terms with it. I hope this helps in some way. I'm sorry for your loss. God Bless.
