"Dreams are reflections of your feelings, thoughts and awarenesses about your waking life at the time of the dream." If you dream you are a woman in a dream, it means you are FEELING like a woman (perhaps as in playing the part of a woman) somewhere in your waking life. The same would be true if a woman dreamt she was a man in her dreams... she would be feeling manly is some area of her waking life.

Try to identify where you may be feeling like "a woman" in your life and/or what is making you feel that way. Dreams often include clues to help you pinpoint that. If the dream takes place at home with your wife, then odds are it relates to your marriage... if your children are in the dream, it may have to do with your feelings about your role as a parent (more motherly than fatherly). If the dream is populated by co-workers, you may be feeling that way about your role at work or in your career. The fact that the dream is recurring suggests that you have not yet resolved your feelings about the subject of your dream. Here's a link on this site which helps explain the meaning of recurring dreams:

    recurring dreams

Another thing to keep in mind, feelings in dreams are never disguised. So, how you feel IN the dream is how you feel about the subject of your dream in your waking life. The fact that you feel happy about being a woman IN the dream, may reflect the happiness you feel about doing "womanly" things or playing a "womanly" role in your waking life. You didn't give any indication of what that might be, but examples might be the happiness you feel nurturing your children, cooking a meal or decorating your house. Please excuse the stereotype... but given that you are a man, being a woman in a dream is most likely a subjective symbol that your mind created to capture how you are feeling about some waking life situation. As the dreamer, only you can validate what that is and why. Once you do, those dreams are likely to go away.

Ask yourself how and why these dreams are affecting you "in negative ways" in your waking life. The answer may help explain why your dream keeps recurring.

    Hope that helps!
