I dreamt a few weeks ago now but I still cannot get the image out of my head as it was so confronting. I was driving past a service station when I pulled in as there was people standing around a pool of blood and a person ‘sitting’ on the ground(I’m a nurse so ofcourse went to help). Ambulance was also pulling in at the time I arrived. The person in the blood had been brutally injured having all four limbs cut off and had also appeared to have been burned but was still alive and crying out as no one was helping him. I immediately yelled at everyone to either help or leave and began assessing the situation as I would normally along with the paramedics. I stayed with the person the entire time until transferred to hospital as I normally would still completely amazed that he was alive and stable. I do not remember the rest of the dream exactly but I remember talking with him about his recent fiancé and to call her to let her know but she made it the site before I could. I have no idea what any of this dream could mean but all I know is that it obviously means something as it has stuck in my mind ever since.
