It started when I was born and lasted till I was 5. It was constant nightmares I had every night. The nightmare was a head of either an owl or a monkey that would sit in my cupboard. It would chant the same thing over and over again... “Murkur” I don’t know why or what that means but I would be paralyzed and be laying on a bed right under the cupboard . And there it would be starring at me terrifyingly and saying that thing over and over again. I would wake up from these nightmares every night sweating. I never really had a fear for owls or monkeys or even heads of that matter but the fact that I had these dreams every night for 5 years is very weird. Sometimes but rarely it would have legs and would chase me but no arms just the monkey/owl head chasing me and long legs. These dreams ended when two of them chased me in the desert and I turned around and said “stop it” and ever since then I never had them in my dreams.
