My grandmother passed away in 2004, and I always had dreams before she passed that someone would pull me under my bed and no one could hear me screaming for help. After I was pulled under everything was black, one person stood there just looking at me. Had these dreams every single night the same way until my grandmother had passed. Shortly after I moved into the room she had passed away in, I kept having sleep paralysis and she was just standing in the corner of the room, never said anything to me but she didn’t look like herself, something was different, I was scared. Had sleep paralysis for weeks after until I finally moved out of state. Sadly 2017 summer I lost my grandfather. The night he passed I had another dream, my grandmother was at my local middle school, I remember walking through the halls all alone. I started to see a dark shadow down the hallway and we started walking towards each other I couldn’t see her face but I could feel her presence I knew it was her but she was in all black and she just looked different. (None of these dreams were pleasant actually they were terrifying) I was always scared, my grandmother never came to me happy. She was always in all black and gave off a vibe, not bad one and not a good one either. I always wondered why this would happen or why she came to me. My grandma was the best person, she loved her grand kids. Why does she come to me like this? Why is she never how I remembered? Why isn’t she happy? I’ve been looking around and not one person on forums or website says they see their grandparent as a dark figure, having sleep paralysis and just feeling so uncomfortable. The most recent when my grandpa passed was by far the most terrifying cause she wasn’t okay. She seemed unhappy almost demonic in a way. Every time she’s always seemed a little dark or something wasn’t right, but this last time was different after he passed and she came to me that last time it was far more scary and traumatic than anything I’ve experienced. I was just looking to see if anyone else had these scary, dark dreams about someone they loved. Thank you.
Also I’m an 19 year old male, my grandmother passed at 60 and my grandpa loved to 72 she passed from cancer and my grandpa had a stroke. Thank you again

I also experienced the same but it was only once as I remember and it was when my grandmother recently passed. I had a terrifying dream that she was trying to bite me and suck my blood. It was a nightmare but only lasted for new minutes. It only happened once yet that specific dream really bothers me over the years. I feel guilty also because maybe it was her way of revenge because I didn't look after her well and neglected her when she was really sick and was on her worst days when she had dementia. I didn't know any better because I was young and dumb, and had zero experience of taking care of old people like her. I wish knew better. But, oh well.

All I can say is that "PRAYER" will help. Talk to her and pray for her soul and visit her tomb when you have a chance and offer food and water. This way, she will be at peace and you will have an ease with your internal troubles. Also, pray before going to sleep and meditate when you wake up.

    Take care.

You may be a natural astral Traveller.  Dream paralysis is usually a phenomenon where your are on the cusp of moving away from your physical body, but the experience is too frightful.  Especially since your astral eyes are seeing your grandmother.  She is probably a very fierce protector for you.  Or she could have just been sticking around to help you with her transition from the physical realm.

    Dream on...
