I dont even know how to describe this was created by theprism
So this is a dream I had a few nights ago and its been bugging me quite alot. Kara is a girl ive been talking to alot lately and the close friend is actually one of my best friends that has been drifting. Im 17 and a guy. Thanks for any insight that can be given.
It starts with me and a Close friend in a dorm together chatting when an alarm beacon goes off and I sprint outside. Which is this massive city that has massive walls surrounding it and fantasy architecture. I have two pistols holstered at my side and I see people streaming into their houses but I bust through them to get to what appears to be a massive gate. It is breached with bodies lying about it. Theres some guys standing over the bodies with an assortment of bloodied weapons. Pistols, axes, katanas, swords,. And I simply draw my weapons and start slaughtering them, ripping them apart with some sort of magic when my ammo runs out. Im extremely angry. I have some sort of montage then of me fighting throughout the city occasionally with friends. But each time its bloody and I dont know why or who im fighting. After that its over and im back in the dorm. My best friends bed is empty and I look at it with sorrow before picking up a back pack and heading to class. I sit next to Kara as shes the only one I recognize in the room. After class ends we leave the class talking and theres this path and she teases me into chasing her in this cheesy movie moment. I dont remember how. When I finally catch her we kiss and one thing leads to another. The odd thing about this is I dont really remember much after the kiss. But I wake up under a tree in the field with a girl under my arm, but its not Kara, now its an elvish girl with long black hair and stunning green eyes. And she sits up and looks at me and smiles yet a tear runs down her face, and as she was saying something I woke up.

Dreams are expressions of your feelings, thoughts and awarenesses of your waking life at the time you had it. Without knowing a bit more about what was going on in your waking life at the time of the dream, it's hard to be precise about the meaning of your dream.
That being said, there are a number of common symbols in your dream. Here are links to their definitions on this website:
clock: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...y&task=details&id=45
skyscrapers (variation of city): dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=3440
door (variation of gate): dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=2080
dead bodies: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...&task=details&id=580
weapon: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=2002
gun: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...&task=details&id=938
blood: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...&task=details&id=213
fighting: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...&task=details&id=789
path: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=2499
sex: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=1655
unknown lover: dreamdoctor.com/index.php?option=com_dre...task=details&id=1214
There are several things going on in your dream that suggest that this dream is about various concerns on your mind and in your heart. The setting of the city with walls in your dream suggests a community in your life, probably school (socially?) or college with the fierce competition required to get in (the fighting and dead bodies.) You are on an "alarming" deadline (clock/alarm) to get in.
Then, the dream morphs to your personal relationships, the closeness you feel for/with/about your friend. The sex in your dream (which doesn't get specific) reflects the close chemistry you have with her, not necessarily the desire to have sex. Then, she morphs into an unknown lover, which may reflect your feelings of concern about what that relationship may turn out to be like... and the sadness that she won't be a truly close friend such as the one you feel is drifting away from you.
Again, the background of what was going on in your waking life will inform your understanding of the dream. If you provide more information about your waking life, you are likely to get more accurate suggestions about its interpretation.
Also, keep in mind that feelings in dreams are never disguised. So, how you feel IN your dream is how you really feel about the subject of your dream in your waking life.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for the current input. If more info about my waking life can help im happy to provide. I dont feel any pressure at school or any pressure with College as grades are good as well as test scores. However I have had problems with friends. Kara is also a girl ive been talking to alot lately and have started to like a great deal.

I didn't mean to imply that you were feeling "pressure" about school or college. Dreams are reflections of your subconscious as opposed to conscious feelings. If not about school or college, try to ID where you feel as if you are in a battle to scale or break through a wall to the "big time" city. The fact that you are overcoming others would be an appropriate metaphor for feelings of doing well with your grades and test scores.
As for your growing feelings for your friend, the symbols in the dream support that. As for why she morphs into someone "evilish" is a metaphor not to be ignored. It may have to do with a past relationship you had that broke bad... or some feeling you have deep down that something isn't right. Without knowing you, her or your relationship, it's impossible to say why your dream took that turn. Again, start with the feeling you had about the situation and her IN the dream (as opposed to how you felt about it after you woke up.) Did you find her to be scary at that point or more alluring as a result of the "stunning green eyes." Context is everything in dreams... from the context of your waking life (the background) to the context of your feelings IN the dream.
Keep tracking your dreams, because they will continue to inform you about your evolving feelings about that which is most important to you.
Good luck!
