I have had dreams of seeing my ex a few times now. In the waking world I know that i dislike him, I get annoyed when I see him or when he tries to talk to me. If it contributes, my best friend hates his guts. However, when I dream about him, we are usually getting along and we even make out and such. I always wake up from those dreams first feeling guilty and then mad at myself for having the dream. What does it mean?

I think there is something about him that compliments you therefore in dreams the union. Doesnt mean you really like him just part of your personality that you integrate or become at times in your life.

The appearance of an ex in a dream is often symbolic. In the case of your dream, your ex symbolizes the qualities that originally attracted you to him... qualities that you "desire." Here's a link to the definition: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/ex-lover.html.

There's a good video that explains the meaning of an ex in a dream in more detail on the homepage of dreamdoctor.com in the "Listen Now!" section in blue. It's titled: "meaning of: ex-lover (video)" It's worth checking out.

    Hope it helps!
