Sadly, these dreams are not precognitive. The good news is that they reflect how you are feeling at the time you had the dream, and winning a bunch of money always feels exhilarating. Feelings IN dreams are never disguised, so how you felt IN the dream is how you were feeling about the subject of the dream at the time you had it.
