  • In my dream, I was walking thought the hallways of a residence was very high end, probably had a pool and very elaborate grounds. I think a club was also part of it. I recall walking through a hallway that curved around and I was often outside with gardens. There was an Asian man who asked me what I was doing there and I told him that I had grown up in that area/ luxury residence. It was almost like a hotel/resort but people lived there. The doors to the residences were very large and dark wood and had carvings in them with beautiful knockers.I think that I was enjoying walking there and knew that a childhood love interest of mine now owned something in these residences as well. I opened a door or one was open, and when I walked in I saw a baby that looked like me and it called out to me 'mommy' very excited. The baby was happy to see me. I was happy that I had a baby too. (In real life, I'm single) When I woke up, I thought the baby looked like I did when I was a baby.

UPDATE: I have moved back home to Canada in real life, a few weeks after this dream.

Lots of great symbols in your dream...

    mansion/castle: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/castle.html
    foreigner (Asian man): dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/foreigner.html
    garden: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/garden.html
    door: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/door.html
    baby: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/baby.html
    younger: dreamdoctor.com/dream-dictionary/definitions/younger.html

Collectively, these symbols paint a picture of how you feel about what's going on in your waking life currently. It's hard to say from what you/ve given us what that is, but your dream clearly reflects your heppiness, wonder and excitement about it. The symbol definitions should help you figure it out, but if you could you provide a bit of background about what was happening when you had the dream, you're likely to get more specific feedback. :)

Actually, things in my real life are rather up in the air. I'm looking for a new job and need to find one soon, otherwise I need to move back to Canada. I'm also single.

I'm a relatively upbeat positive person and have lots of friends who are very supportive to me both in the US and in Canada.

The foreigner may be this guy that I've liked in Canada. I have difficulty understanding his perspective and it's hard to communicate with him.

He shows up in real life, sometimes intentionally (when I come into town) and other times by accident (coincidence) in the US, in airports and away on weekend trips.

The door and the garden sound like a transition to a new phase of life.

Now that I've provided context, can you re-interpret? Thanks
