Dream of marrying my husband was created by Michelleko1107
I normally don't remember my dreams so when I do I figure they must be important. Last night I had a dream I was g getting ready for my wedding. I was getting married to my husband. In my dream it was as if we were not married yet. In my real life we never had awedding and I never wanted to so I don't think it indicates any desire for awedding. I remember being in my dress and t thinking about whether to do my hair or make up first. Also I remember talking to my husband and walking by him telling him to close his eyes bc he's not supposed to see my in my dress. I didn't actually see the dress in my dream, just knew that I was wearing one. I woke up before I was done getting ready.
Any one want to try interpreting this one for me?

A wedding in a dream (even to a current spouse) can be symbolic. Here's a link to its definition on his site to help you determine its meaning...
wedding
You didn't provide a lot of detail about the waking life background that might have generated your dream, but it's possible that it is a reflection of your feelings that you feel as if you are going to be "wedded" to him based on a new big commitment that you are preparing to take on together(?) If so, could you share with us what it might be so we can see how and why that symbol appeared in your dream?
Thanks!

First... just so I don't miss your response, please click the "quick reply" button to keep the thread going. Otherwise, the "reply" button will create a new thread. I've communicated this to the moderators who tell me that they have alerted tech support.
I forgot to comment on a point you made in your initial post... "I normally don't remember my dreams so when I do I figure they must be important." Just because you remember a dream doesn't necessarily make that dream more "meaningful" than another. Everyone dreams about 100 minutes a night, most of which are lost. The "meaningful" dreams are often those with the most emotional impact. Sometimes the odd/weird/crazy symbology can make a dream memorable, not necessarily more important. Remembering a dream often has to do with how we wake up... we remember more of our dreams when we wake up slowly. Unless our sleep cycle is interrupted by an alarm, we wake up organically at the conclusion of a sleep cycle, the last portion of which is REM or dream sleep. There is an easy technique to remember your dreams on this site at: dreamdoctor.com/how-to-remember-dreams/h...8ed64ba7f78bbbec0416 It really works.
Back to your dream... circumstances/events at the time that you had the dream of marrying your husband (as if for the first time) might reflect your feelings of anticipated and/or renewed intimacy, commitment and closeness to him(?) You didn't want him to see your dress yet. The key to the meaning of your dream may have to do with the meaning of clothing in a dream. Here's a link to its definition:
clothing
Feelings in dreams are never disguised so how you felt IN the dream is how you feel about its subject in your waking life. It was clearly a pleasant and even fun dream about him and your relationship, so there is no cause for concern. As you get more practiced in remembering your dreams, identifying the waking life catalyst that generated the dream will get much easier.
Make sense?
