Hi, over the past week or so I've been having different dreams all different but leaving me with the same feeling of being unappreciated. For example, I need to pack for a family/friend holiday and I'm desparately trying to get organised but no-one will help, its as if they aren't coming on holiday with me, don't care or just expect that I'll get the packing done anyway. Or I'm cooking a meal and people are late, won't say if they want anything, just ignore me. Strangely, these other people aren't anyone in particular; I get a feeling they are friends and family but I'm not really seeing who they are and don't feel angry against anyone in particular....it can even be my cat who isn't appreciating me!
Any ideas what this means? Never posted on a site like this before but they're becoming annoying lol.

In all the scenarios where they won't help, communicate, or otherwise interact with you, is an indication that you are in a slump. You know you need something different but can't quite get yourself motivated. Feeling underappreciated obviously shows the low value that is assumed, or felt. Look over your life and see how you are at odds with your everyday routine. Sometimes people, including ourselves, can say or do things that make us feel less than we truly are.
