I often have dreams of the ocean crashing dangerously on a highway. Sometimes I’m attempting passage and sometimes, like last night. I was on foot watching others. Last nights was particularly unique in that the locals made a tourist attraction out of it and also it was paired with a tunnel that would often get a rush of ocean water through it. Thoughts ?

First, is the area you are seeing in your dream an actual place?  If so, it's possible your dream could be precognitive.  Especially with the rising seas.
