My dreams are always super heavy, dark coloured with alot of negative emotions. But last nights dream was the heaviest that I cant remember. I was at some kind of gathering for my boyfriends family, but they had different faces than they do in reality. Suddenly I started feeling super bad. Shortly after i couldnt hear anything, then speak, then walk. I started crawling and desperately trying to find my boyfriend to get me to the hospital. He was nowhere to be found and people that I tried to ask if they saw him, didnt seem to understand me. At this point I realized that It has to be a dream and tried to wake up. But nothing happened. Sonia panicked that I will be stuck in it forever. I played down and then woman who was suppose to be my boyfriend aunt in this dream came into the room holding big bag in hair hands, she opened it by the window and dozens of little black birds flew out of it, screaming. Then I woke up....

Hi,
I will first briefly speak about your previous dreams and then interpret your dream as if it was mine.
When my dreams are dark, it's a way of letting me know that I need to "en-lighten" myself about the beliefs the scene(s) are about. The fact that you keep having them indicates you're not listening to yourself. Good news - the moment you begin to do this, your dreams will start changing.
Next, emotions. i've found with myself and others, when I keep having emotions, i.e. negative ones, it's a way of letting me know a few things:
* The underlying beliefs the dream scene(s) are about keep generating the surface level negative emotions
* It's a way, when people aren't listening to themselves, to draw their attention to the dreams such that they recall them upon awakening
so, bottom line? If you learn to listen to yourself, this will slowly fade away.
On to your dream, assuming it's my dream with my interpretation of it...
First of ll, I consider the location.
I'm likely in a room. I've learnt that the walls, ceiling and floor in a room are each symbols of some of my underlying beliefs. They act together to produce surface level effects. One of them from this set of beliefs is an inability to spiritually communicate.
Who are most of the people in the room? They're some of my other lives.
I start feeling "super bad", i.e. a surface level effect of the underlying beliefs the room is a symbol of. Writing this now, I'm actually happy about this?! Why? It's showing me my lack of ability to listen to myself results in me not feeling good about portions of myself. Therefore the "bad" Good news - I am now beginning to spiritually realize this!!!!1
So, I can't communicate. I am then crawling. In my dreams, when I am crawling it's a sign I can't spiritually stand on my own two feet to see the effects of the beliefs.
Why isn't anybody helping me? It's because I am the producer, director, script writer and main actor in my dreams. It's all about me. Some of my other lives share the same underlying beliefs BUT they know it's up to me to make the choices to learn to listen to myself.
So there I am, wanting to get out of the room! That's common in dreams when a person doesn't want to listen to the dream lesson. I've been in so many dream rooms in my life, wanting to do what you did, i.e. get out of the room. However, in the end, I return to the beliefs, deal with them, and then the walls et al disappear.
Then my teacher appears, i.e. boyfriend's aunt. She's a guide of mine. She's going to give me a lesson.
In her hands is a big bag. It's a symbol of yet more beliefs I have that are now relatively small, i.e. a bag. Inside the bad are things I am trapping by my old beliefs the bag is a symbol of.
She then "opens the bag', i.e. showing me the belief can be dealt with. Out of it come one of my totems, blackbirds. It's a powerful totem.
However, I am missing the point of the dream lesson. I literally am afraid of a portion of my feminine contained within the bag. So, what do I do? I interpret the birds as a threat, hear their screams and want to get the hell out of there.
If this was my dream, I'd actually be happy about it! Why?
It's what I call a great big whopper spiritually wake up message to myself. If I choose to listen to my dream and myself, I can begin addressing the spiritual baggage I'm carrying around within me. Those black bird totems can assist me, if I ask them to.
Don't lose heart in yourself. Around you are many different guides, teachers, totems etc. You are standing on the brink of a major inner discovery. The choice is yours if you want to spiritually learn or not.
Hope this helps you!!!!
