  • I haven't remembered my dreams since I was a kid and it's probably been around 15-20 years since I remember them daily. And all of a sudden I meet a coworker on the 9th of July who works in a different field of work then I do, but same company. And the owners of the company asked me if I would help this other division out for upwards of 2 weeks. Since we're not doing reclamation work currently I told them that I would. Since I briefly talked to her that day, I've been remembering my dreams. I fully understand the dreams and all that. I just don't understand why all of a sudden I started to remember them.

Well, there are several options here. The first option is that you changed the rhythm of your sleep and started to enter the active phase just before waking up, which allows you to remember most of what happened. The other option is that you started to subconsciously analyze every time you dreamed after waking up. This always helps people remember about 15% of the information they dreamed about. And if you write it down, you may even encounter after some time that you are dreaming a continuation of what you dreamed two or three weeks ago. Personally, this happened to me.
