Hi everyone,,  I am a 20 year old male, I am new to this forum and only found out about it while trying to research the meaning of this dream. 
I saw there’s lots of stuff about dreams of men being pregnant but I didn’t just dream about being pregnant, I actually gave birth in the dream as a male, there was an umbilical cord even lol. I think you can understand why this left me so unsettled. 
But it gets even worse - after I gave birth to the baby, I forgot about it somehow and started walking away, but then I realized the baby was being strangled by the umbilical cord and was dying. I got desperate and some people came to help, a woman cut the umbilical cord and everything beyond that is a blur. Can’t remember exactly if the baby was saved or not.
This dream is haunting me lol I hope someone can shed a bit of light on it for me. Thanks.
