I keep having these dreams where I'm awake in the dream I know I am but I can't wake myself up . It gets very scary to the point where im blinking and pinching myself and doing whatever I can to wake up . I've talked to myself saying wake up Alyssa and I just hear an echo of my own voice repeating what I'm saying right back to me . I try to get myself up but I can't I can't move and I get to a point where I feel like I'm half awake and half asleep and I'm screaming but I can't move I feel trapped and finally out of nowhere I'll just wake up and I remember everything . I want to know what is happen
