why do I bounce in my dreams instead of running or walking? I bounce just like astrnaughts do on the moon (so you know what I'm talking about). It is extrememly tiring and I can't go very fast so I always feel like I'm going to be caught even though I never am. I feel like i'm moving in slow motion.
Also sometimes when I am in danger I float in the air and cannot move at all. I try to swim through the air, anything to move me along (or push off against walls, etc) but I can never move. It's as if i'm stuck. And i am always on my stomach as if im swimming. I cannot move and im stuck like that - arms and legs outstretched. why is that?

Here are links to definitions of your dream symbols which should help bring your dream into focus...

    Flying (variation of floating/bouncing)

    Can't fly

    Can't swim

Feelings in dreams are never disguised, so how you felt in your dream is how you were feeling about its subject in your waking life at the time of the dream. Try to ID where in your waking life you feel the same is in your dream... floating, but unable to move forward or get to where you want to go. Once you identify that, you can take steps in your waking life to change that.

    Good luck!
