I’ve had frequent dreams where there is a ringing, that gets increasingly louder,  and there is always a “peak” in the ringing, where  it’s as loud as it can be, and at the same time as the peak, a sensation comes over me , like waves of numbness, almost like euphoria, which causes me to wake up. This happens quite a bit, and I don’t know what it is. They’re pretty realistic dreams, always with someone or something that I am familiar with.  

I'm no expert but I think that you may be having some spiritual awakening or maybe there are spirits around you that are trying to contact you. (these are just guesses)
