We are having trouble replicating the issue you are having. We have had a few reports like yours, but when we've asked for more specifics, we've never heard back. We hope that meant that the user figured it out. You might consider clearing your cache and any blockers that you have in place
If that doesn't fix it, can you send us some information about your experience so we can hunt down the bug and fix it. In particular, please send us the device(s) you used, their operating system(s) and version(s), as well as the browser(s) and its version(s). Screenshots of those details (often available under settings/about) would be great to have to pass along to our technical team. Please send it directly to:

Once we have that information, we'll forward that to our technical expert and let you know what we find out. In the meantime, there are many who use the Dream Wizard successfully, so it might be worth the time to try another device and/or browser. What you have entered into the Dream Wizard thus far is not lost, so you can start where you left off. If there are other devices/browsers that don't work for you, please let us know.
