dreaming about boyfriend's deceased wife was created by pats

i dream about my boyfriend's late wife , it was as if it was both of us talking to my boyfriend who seems to be very frustrated of something that was going on in his life. why would i dream of his wife that i have never met, it is a 2nd time happening?
