I fell asleep, and in my dream i woke up in a car, my eye was killing me, my friend told me that something happen, but the pain make me wake up, or so i thought.I woke up in the bed, my husband on the computer and went to the bathroom to look at my eye. it was droopy and half closed, swollen. My iris was half blue fading to white. I was panicking. Told my husband who feared i had a stroke. I picked up my cell to call 911 but never could get a ambulance to come.I felt that this was real. And I woke up again. my eye still hurts, and kept wondering why the ambulance never came. I picked up the phone again, the phone I could not get it to work. The pain in my eye was unbearable. I could actually feel it, i wanted to wake up, and finally I woke up. I dont understand this it was so real..i could actually still feel the pain in my eye. It was so realistic and scary. IF anyone could help me understand this, would be appreciated.

The meaning of the symbols in your dream should not only help you understand its meaning, but what caused you to have it. Here are links to the definitions on this website:

Without knowing what was going on in your waking life, it's hard to say with certainty what it relates to. However, it's clear from the dream that you having trouble seeing something clearly in your waking life... and/or it could be that what you are "seeing" is causing you great emotional pain. The pain is so great that you want emergency help (911), but you can't seem to get through to anyone about it, which is reflects the difficulty you have having talking about it with others. The fact that the dream is happening in your house and your bedroom and that your husband is there would seem to suggest that the issue might relate to a marital or family situation.

Feelings in dreams are never disguised, so how you feel IN your dream is how you feel about its subject in your waking life. The key feeling in the dream is pain which dream-speak means emotional pain. Your dream is a wake up call that you need to attend to this issue, whatever it is. Hopefully, you can figure out what it is, based on the symbols, feeling, and the setting in the dream. If not, please share what was going on in your marital and family life at the time that you had the dream. With that, I should be able to help you connect the dots.

I hope that this explanation helps. Good luck!
