Evil presence

Did you feel an evil presence in your dream? It could appear as a shadow, silhouette or a face in the dark.  This is often not a dream at all, but a common sleep disorder called a confusional arousal, especially if it took place in a dark room or your bedroom.  For more about confusional arousals, click here. An easy way to make it go away is to sleep with a nightlight on in your bedroom, especially in the first few hours of sleep.
