Missing a body part in a dream reflects your feeling that either you or that person is not all there, as in having “lost her head,” is not a complete person anymore, or is missing a part of him or herself. It often relates to a loss, due to the death of or separation from someone who was close to you in your waking life. A missing, severed, injured or damaged leg or foot in a dream relates more specifically to feelings of imbalance or lack of support in your life.  A missing, severed, injured or damaged hand, arm or finger often relates to feelings of assistance denied, challenged or rejected. Skin falling off often reflects feelings or concerns about appearance, either physically or socially.
