My question pertains to my boyfriend, who, one second is wide awake, the next sound asleep. He can be talking and holding a conversation, and within seconds be sound asleep. When he goes to bed at night, the instant his head hits the pillow, he is asleep. I try to wake him up on occasion, but even though he seems awake, he is still sound asleep. He has told me that he has some type of disease that few Americans have, which causes this. However, he does not remember the name of it. I can not research this without knowing at least the name of the disease. If you could help me by giving me the name of this disease, or possibly where I can go to learn more about this, I would appreciate it.
