I think your dreams show that you were worried about this man when you were younger. He sounds like a frightening figure, especially for a young girl, and although there isn’t any explicit reference to fear of sexual attack in the dreams, you may have felt uneasy around him due to the way he “stared” at you in real life. He also most likely never spoke to you or approached you in an inappropriate manner because he is an employee of your father’s, and didn’t want to risk losing his job.
It is significant that the dreams stopped as soon as you became married. I think your marriage has provided you with an added level of security and confidence. I don’t think you feel as vulnerable, anymore, to the unwanted stares of other men.
