It's always weird when you've had a romantic dream about someone and then you see them later on. You want to tell them, but then again, you're not sure if they'll feel the same way.
Your dream shows that you like him - and it shows that he likes you. Are you talking with him already? Are you sharing lunch with him? Have you invited him over to your table to have lunch with your friends? Did you get one of your girlfriends to pass the word - that you like him?
You could just tell him your dream and see what he says, or you could just figure out a way to start talking with him, and decide about telling him the dream later. Either way though, I'm sure you'll be dancing soon.
But uh... you'd better hurry! These foreign exchange students - they don't hang around forever!
