  • I had a dream about me getting ready to wake up but i can't wake up. i tried to wake up 5 times and every time i always end up at my bed. i had this feeling that i was dead and i can't wake up. Also during the dream I would wake about see my father watching baseball in the morning and my mom in there bed. The first time i didn't find it bad but when i close my eyes i would be back in bed, which mean i wasn't awake. t would try to find a way to wake up after the 3rd time but i couldn't. it seems like I'm glue to my bed. I try grabbing my phone which was behind me, but i couldn't. Eventually I figure trying to turn because that usually wake me up when i don't want to. So I woke up, realized this nightmare happened for 30 min. which felt like hours. So if anyone can help me understand this, i never been this scared in my life. I really felt i was dead. I really felt that there is something wrong with me.

  • What you had is not a dream but a case of sleep paralysis, which is common, but terrifying. Here's a link to information about sleep paralysis on this website:

There you will find suggestions of things you can do should it happen to you again.

    Hope that helps!
